Hello! Thank you for visiting our website. We are a group of Nipissing University students currently enrolled in the Bachelor in Science in Nursing (BScN) program. An important part of the BScN program is working in the community and learning about Community Health Nursing. We have had the opportunity to work at McCall Centre for  Transitional Care for our Community Clinical Practicum (NSGD 3027) course. We have performed a community assessment and decided to condut a project geared toward educating clients about McCall Centre for Transitional Care.
